Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24-hour advance notice is requested when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  Life does happen; late cancellations or unintentional missed appointments will be handled graciously.  However, repeated and consistent "no show" appointments will result in a refusal of services in order to accommodate others who are waiting for available appointment times.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to maintain a timely schedule for the appointments following yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session time booked Don't short-change yourself; be on time to get the most benefit from your session.
